Further Modifying the Reciprocal Tariff Rates

This order changes the tariff rules for goods from certain trading partners by setting the rates in a new annex and by keeping a 10 percent additional duty for goods from foreign trading partners not listed in that annex, unless another rule says otherwise. It also says goods of the European Union a
