White House Initiative To Promote Excellence and Innovation at Historically Black Colleges and Universities

This executive order creates a White House Initiative on Historically Black Colleges and Universities, led from the Executive Office of the President, to work with federal agencies and outside partners to support HBCUs. It says the Initiative should help HBCUs provide high-quality education to more
