President's Council of Advisors on Science and Technology

This order creates the President's Council of Advisors on Science and Technology, or PCAST, as a federal advisory council. It says the council will have no more than 24 members, including the Assistant to the President for Science and Technology and the Special Advisor for AI & Crypto, with the rest
