Taking Additional Steps With Respect to the Situation in the Western Balkans

This order changes an earlier Western Balkans sanctions order. It says that certain property and property interests in the United States, or in the possession or control of U.S. persons, are blocked for people the Treasury Secretary, working with the Secretary of State, determines fit listed categor
