Blocking Property of Certain Persons and Prohibiting Certain Transactions With Respect to Continued Russian Efforts To Undermine the Sovereignty and Territorial Integrity of Ukraine

This order expands a national emergency related to Russia and Ukraine and prohibits certain U.S. dealings connected to the covered regions in Ukraine. It bars new investment there, imports from those regions, exports and other supplies to those regions, and helping foreign transactions that would be
